Steffanie is a licensed Occupational Therapist with a comprehensive educational background and extensive experience in the field. She earned her B.S. in Occupational Therapy from Loma Linda University and her M.S. in Occupational Therapy from Mount Mary University. With over 25 years of experience, Steffanie has worked in various settings, including rehabilitation, school-based therapy, and early intervention, helping people of all ages develop skills that enhance their sense of identity, purpose, and independence. Steffanie is a certified infant massage instructor, and holds a certification as a Primitive Reflex Clinical Specialist. She also has extensive training in sensory integration and early childhood development.
In the Early Childhood program, Steffanie provides evaluation and treatment, addressing the sensory-motor, adaptive, cognitive, and social-emotional needs of her young clients, through the occupation of play. She is committed to delivering direct intervention and treatment, while also empowering caregivers with the knowledge and tools needed to support their child’s ongoing development. She works closely with our interdisciplinary team and is dedicated to providing specialized services to the children and families we serve, where she continues to make a positive impact on their development and well-being.
