Marivel is an Associate mental health clinician with two years of clinical experience working in Partial Hospitalization Programs (PHP) and trauma-focused treatment settings. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from California State University, San Bernardino, and her Master of Science in Counseling Psychology from California Baptist University.

Her clinical approach is grounded in the understanding that therapeutic progress is not linear and may involve periods of challenge and growth. She provides a supportive, consistent, and client-centered therapeutic environment aimed at delivering high-quality care.

She is particularly committed to assisting clients in processing psychological distress and past trauma to promote insight, healing, and personal development. She joined Citrus Counseling Services due to alignment with the agency’s mission and dedication to serving the community.
