Karrie Flint

Associate Marriage and Family Therapist

Karrie has been practicing since May 2024, following the completion of a trainee experience from May 2024 through August 2025. Prior to clinical training, she worked as a Family Specialist on a WRAP/Success First team, supporting children and adolescents ages 0–18 by teaching coping skills and providing individualized resources to help them thrive.

Karrie is certified in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) through both a graduate program and CCS. She is particularly passionate about trauma-focused treatment and enjoys working with adolescents, young adults, and LGBTQIA+ individuals. Building meaningful therapeutic connections is one of their greatest rewards, she loves witnessing clients’ progress and feels honored to play even a small part in their healing journey.

Karrie holds an AA-T in Psychology from Crafton Hills College, a B.A. in Psychology from California State University, San Bernardino, and an M.A. in Marriage and Family Therapy from Alliant International University.

Born and raised in Redlands, Karrie chose Citrus Counseling Services as a workplace because giving back to the community is deeply important to her. She values the exceptional support and care CCS provides to clients and is grateful to be part of an organization that makes such a meaningful impact.
