Alex is an Associate Professional Clinical Counselor with a comprehensive educational and professional background. She earned her B.S. in Psychology from Abilene Christian University and her M.S. in Counseling with a specialization in Children and Adolescents from Azusa Pacific University. In addition to her degrees, Alex holds a certificate in FEED/TEACH for infant-toddler mental health, underscoring her commitment to early childhood development. She has been practicing as a mental health therapist since 2021. Alex has gained experience in various therapeutic approaches, including child-centered play therapy, attachment-based play therapy, and faith-based therapy.
