Ebony is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a BA in Human Services from Upper Iowa University and an MA in Counseling Psychology, MFT from Argosy University. With 11 years of experience, she has worked as a child welfare social worker and social work supervisor. Trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and exposure therapy, Ebony specializes in helping adults manage depression, anxiety, life transitions, and health and reproductive issues.
Ebony believes that every client has the potential to make meaningful progress toward their goals and views herself as a supportive guide in their journey. She emphasizes that progress, not perfection, is the ultimate goal in therapy. What she finds most fulfilling about her profession is witnessing the transformative change that occurs when individuals uncover and address the barriers holding them back.
