Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist

Sarah is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a strong educational foundation and a diverse set of therapeutic skills. She earned a B.A. in Psychology from the University of La Verne and an M.S. in Marriage & Family Therapy from California Baptist University. Sarah utilizes a range of evidence-based theories and interventions in her practice, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, Play Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Narrative Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.

As a client-centered clinician, Sarah is renowned for her empathy, positivity, and encouragement, which she uses to create a supportive and nurturing environment for healing. Her own experiences with trauma inspired her to pursue a career in the healing profession. The transformative impact of the support she received inspired her to dedicate her career to helping others overcome their challenges. Since beginning her practice in 2016, Sarah has worked with a broad spectrum of clients, including children, teens, families, and adults. Her dedication to the therapeutic process and her extensive expertise enable her to assist clients in navigating their obstacles and achieving meaningful personal growth.
