Nicole Sayre is an Associate Professional Clinical Counselor with a comprehensive educational background and a focus on holistic therapeutic practices. She holds a B.A. in Sociology and an M.A. in Forensic Psychology, and she is currently pursuing a Doctoral Psychology Program with the aim of becoming a Forensic Psychologist.
Nicole has been practicing since 2021, and has gained valuable experience in helping clients navigate trauma, substance abuse issues, and severe mental illness. Her therapeutic approach is centered on treating the whole person—engaging the mind, body, and soul to promote comprehensive healing. Nicole has learned that humans possess a profound capacity for healing and resilience. She is passionate about guiding her clients from a place of hopelessness to one filled with hope and light, and she takes great joy in seeing them spread that hope to others. Nicole’s favorite quote, “To inspire people, you don’t show them your superpowers, you show them theirs” by Alexander Den Heijer, reflects her belief in empowering clients to recognize and harness their own strengths.
