Roger Uminski, appointed CEO in March 2020, brings over 17 years of executive management experience and more than 23 years in health and human services. He has played a key role in regional projects like the IEHP Housing Initiative, Connect IE, and Bridging for Health, The Autism Assessment Center of Excellence, and Healthy Kids.

Roger earned his Master’s Degree in Educational Counseling from the University of Redlands and his Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from Texas A&M University. His volunteer efforts include leadership roles with the Youth Group at Trinity Episcopal Church, Cub Scout Leader for Pack 8, the Redlands Classic Organizing Committee, the Redlands Area Interfaith Council, and Farm to Families.

Outside of work, Roger is passionate about cycling, running, and is a self-described “car guy.”
