Justin Marmion, LPCC

Trauma Services Program Director

Justin is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with extensive experience and specialized training. He holds a B.A. in Psychology from California State University, San Bernardino, and an M.A. in Clinical Mental Health from the University of Redlands. Justin has training in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and CRM (Community Resiliency Model), and holds multiple certifications including NCTI, Real Colors, CPT (Cognitive Processing Therapy), and TF-CBT (Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy).

Justin has been practicing since June 2013 and focuses on trauma services. He provides support to those who have been victimized by a violent crime heal their wounds. He works with a diverse range of clients, including teens, families in crisis, the LGBTQ community, and individuals seeking personal growth. Justin is passionate about supporting those who are often unable to advocate for themselves and is dedicated to reducing the stigma surrounding mental health, which can prevent individuals from seeking necessary help. Justin’s training and his approach to active listening and maintaining a nonjudgmental stance are central to his therapeutic practice. By creating a safe space where clients can share their experiences without fear of judgment, he facilitates effective therapeutic outcomes and supports their journey towards healing.
